Individual sessions last approximately 60min, Couples sessions last 80mins.

The first session is the client's opportunity to discover if I am the correct therapist for them.

A Confidentiality Contract wil be explained and signed. Then I will support the client to discuss their main concerns and the desired outcomes.

If stress is affecting and diluting your quality of life, having an initial session to see if therapy can support you to alleviate that stress is advisable.

Clients will recieve reminder notifications via text or email 24hrs prior to their appointment, their session can be reschedualed or cancelled without any charge at this point but unfortunatly if less than 24hrs notice is given the full rate will be charged.

My role is not only to listen, but also to ask the right questions that will help you to get to the answers that will support you towards your desired goal. There is nothing expected of you other than honestly say how you are feeling and what you want from Therapy, so that an effective plan can be made.

Therapy for some clients lasts 6 weeks and for others 24months. Some clients use Therapy as part of their wellbeing self-care plan and want it to be a consistent part of their lives, while others will only want to attend for a set purpose.

Sessions are usually weekly or fortnighly.

I do not prescribe medication but will refer to other professionals if necessary.

Everything you say in Therapy is confidential, apart from anything that implies that you or another person or child is at risk.

Usually I recommend that couples each do an individual session first to help me understand the issue from each perspectives, this will assist in developing the most effective therapeutic plan to meet your goals in couples therapy.

At the moment I do not accept Card Payments but you can pay Via Revolut or PayPal.
